FREE Krav Maga training session from a Krav Maga expert from Israel sponsored by Penn Israel Coalition. Krav Maga is a self-defense/martial arts technique created by the Israel Defense Forces, and all IDF soldiers are trained in Krav Maga upon entering the army.
