The Sweatshop Sit-in: 10 Years Later

Ten years ago Penn students organized a successful effort to ensure that Penn garments were not being made by sweatshop workers.  This effort culminated with a nine-day sit-in at College Hall. 

Several Penn alumni who participated in this effort will speak about the anti-sweatshop sit-in, what it is like to do activism at Penn, and what they have done since graduating.  Join the Civic House in welcoming back these Penn alumni who made a difference.
