General meetings for CityStep Penn every Wednesday from 8:30 pm to 9:30 pm. We are a dance and community service organization that mentors Philadelphia youth through arts education and creative self-expression!  This organization gives Penn undergraduates the opportunity to become mentors in elementary and middle schools throughout the local Philadelphia community. As an arts outreach initiative, we allow an outlet for creativity through dance for all of our students.
