The OCP is doing a luncheon for parents’ weekend on Saturday afternoon, expecting around 100-120 guests. We would like to do the event in Shotel Dubin as this is the only space big enough for the event, but that would require the mechitza from OCP davening being taken down after davening in the morning and then put back up in time for mincha at 4 pm. If this is not feasible please let us know so we can try to make other arrangements. If it is feasible, we would like to have the room set up with tables for about 120 people and tables lined up against the wall with hot plates set up for the food.
