Chelsea Horwitz

Chelsea is thrilled to join the Penn community as an IACT Coordinator! Originally from South Florida, she graduated from the University of Central Florida with degrees in Communications and Event Management. During her time at UCF, she was an active leader in both Alpha Epsilon Phi and UCF Hillel, where she served as Vice President of Student Engagement.

Chelsea’s transformative experiences on Birthright Israel and Onward Israel in the summer of 2023 ignited a deep passion for Israel and Jewish life. As a Fellow in Hillel International’s FAB (Fellowship Ambassadors for Birthright) program, she recruited and interracted with many students to participate in Birthright and loved connecting with Jewish student leaders across the country.

In her free time, Chelsea can be found baking, trying new restaurants, shopping, or spending time with her friends! Chelsea is beyond excited to bring her energy, warmth, and love for Israel to campus. She can’t wait to meet students, build meaningful connections, and help others discover how powerful and inspiring Jewish life and travel to Israel can be!
