Joan Bobroff

Joan Bobroff has been at Penn Hillel for over 22 years. Not only is she the office manager of Penn Hillel, supervising almost 15 work study students each year, Joan also makes sure all the computers, phones and networks in the building are always up and running. When she is not at Hillel, she is an avid gardener, growing lots of organic tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers and radishes in the summer. Her other newer passion is walking.  Joan can be seen around her neighborhood in any kind of weather very early in the morning getting in her 3 or more miles a day.  She is married to Steven and is the mother of two grown children. Her son Jeff and his wife Stephanie live on Long Island and are the proud parents of Josef and David, and her daughter Meredith is an acupuncturist practicing in the Philadelphia area.
