The Jewish Leadership Initiative is a yearlong fellowship for a cohort of Penn upperclassmen selected through a competitive application and interview process. JLI brings together students who show exceptional promise as future leaders – future executives, elected officials, journalists, doctors, and entrepreneurs – and asks them to grapple with a set of essential questions: How do Jewish values shape and inspire leadership? How can I navigate my Jewish identity while leading in secular spaces? What responsibility do Jewish leaders have to the wider world?
