Student Leadership

Penn Hillel features many platforms for student leadership, including leading projects (like interfaith dinners, basketball tournaments, high profile speakers, challah bakes, and many more), religious communities, and the Israel Sector. Prepare to dream big, because there is something for everyone, and if it’s not here yet, Hillel is here to help students pursue their own creative path for Jewish life at Penn.

Leadership Coalition

The Leadership Coalition (LC) is an assembly representing the leadership of Penn’s religious Jewish communities (Orthodox, Conservative, Reform, Shira Chadasha, Penn Habibis) as well as Penn’s Jewish LGBTQ+ Community J-Bagel, and a Hillel President. Together, LC discusses issues pertaining to Jewish and campus life, collaborates on Shabbat and holidays, and builds valuable leadership skills.
